He said that pacquiao wins over the Dela hoya at 9th round.
According to my brother Dela hoya quit the fight making pacquiao the winner.

The historic Filipinotown in LA is honored by a visit of 
the Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao. Giving away 500 turkey to fans. 
Watching the event on TV, the turkey giving reminds me of the Philippines. 
But one fan catch my attention, a lady with her kid reach out to Manny Pacquiao 
not to get the turkey but to just shake manny's hands.
